How to Redeem
Redeeming your well-earned winnings is simple. Redeemable points can be used for a variety of exciting rewards, depending on the property. Guests can enjoy Free Play, Table Play, Dining, Hotel stays, and Retail purchases. To redeem points for Free Play, simply download right to your machine. For Dining, Hotel or Retail purchases, simply present your card at the venue of your choice or visit Player Services for additional assistance.
Tier Benefits
Keep in mind that all tier play is based on qualified play and having a valid mailing address, email address, and cell phone number on file. Limits may apply and availability may vary. For the most part, every $5 wagered (minus Free Play) equates to 1 Tier Point for each of the tiers listed below.

What are the main points about this change to FastTrack?

What changes should I expect with FastTrack Rewards?
You will continue to receive all the same great benefits with Fast Track Rewards and much more! Please make sure to use your FastTrack Rewards card for everything you do including gaming, dining, entertainment and hotel stays.

Yes, this is part of a larger initiative across our entire portfolio—not just this property. As our network of properties continues to grow onto the new system, this new rewards program is designed to provide a consistent and elevated experience for all our guests. This initiative reflects our commitment to creating a unified and rewarding experience for guests across all our locations.

When will I receive my new card?
All guests must visit Players’ Services with their valid ID in order to get a new FastTrack Rewards card printed on or after July 15, 2025. This process is easy and free-of-charge. Guests may also visit a Re-Print Kiosk with valid ID. We will not be mailing new FastTrack Rewards cards to anyone.

Will my old Players’ Card continue to work once this property switches over to FastTrack Rewards?
Yes, your old Player Card will continue to work. However, we encourage you to pick up your new card at Player Services or at any Re-print Kiosk when we are live with FastTrack Rewards, so that you can take advantage of all the new perks that Fast Track offers.

Will my card number change when I join FastTrack Rewards?
No, your FastTrack Rewards card number will be the same number that you had on your previous property rewards card.

What does being a Gold, Platinum or Triple Crown cardholder get me?
Being a Gold, Platinum or Triple Crown cardholder makes you eligible for many exclusive benefits, such as retail discounts at select locations, reward points for comps, special offers and promotions and much more! One of our team members would be happy to provide you with a FastTrack Rewards brochure that lists out all our brand-wide benefits.
